MIDLANDS DISTRICT GRADED CHAMPS

The District Graded Championship is open to any eligible district player in each grade. B,C,D,E and F/J.
Squash Midlands runs a District Graded Championship Elimination event (Ashburton Squash Club, April 24th-25th) that is open to any Midlands club player to enter, similar to any other open event. Players are placed into graded divisions, with the winner of each grade qualifying for the National Finals (Devoy Squash Club, Tauranga, July 3rd-5th) .

Timeline NZ Squash
• March 27: Grading list cutoff date to determine player eligibility.
• May 29: Districts submit all entry forms to the host club and SNZ.
• June 19: Grading list run to determine player seedings for the National Championships.
• June 22, 4:00pm: Deadline for all player substitutions (submitted in writing via email to the tournament director).
• June 26: Draws completed and sent out to players.
• June 29: Deadline for all players to have completed their club referee exam.
• July 3–5: National Graded Championships.

Kick off your 2026 season by playing the Midlands Doubles on full doubles courts at the Christchurch Squash Club. Low key social way to get back into squash (and you dont have to worry about your points 🤣). Tournament for all abilities just find a friend or two and get amongst it.
