Thank you to all those that helped with training towards getting me to the Australian Open and Oceania Presidents Cup 2025.
From all my TUNZ team and TNZ for your support. It’s been a busy year of travelling and training.

Tuesday was a special day for our club as we celebrated the achievements of our students recent grading! 👏

Master Bernie and the instructors Vanessa and Jeff were busy handing out new belts to everyone who successfully passed their recent grading. It's always inspiring to see the hard work, discipline, and perseverance of our students being rewarded.

Congratulations to everyone who leveled up — your dedication on and off the mats is what Taekwondo is all about! 💪✨

A huge shout-out to all our amazing students who represented Whitestone Taekwondo at the Kukkiwon Cup 2025 in Christchurch!

We are incredibly proud of everyone who stepped onto the mats — whether it was your first competition or your fifth, just getting out there takes courage, dedication, and the true spirit of Taekwondo.
