We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of top-quality gear and providing expert, friendly advice. We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individual to join our team.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to contribute to our vibrant team environment. In this fast-paced role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and sharing your passion for sport with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer friendly, expert advice across our wide range of sports gear and apparel.
Process in-store and online sales with accuracy and energy.
Assist with stock handling, including receiving inwards goods and maintaining inventory records.
Keep the shop floor looking sharp through effective merchandising and a relentless eye for detail.
Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm Saturday 9am – 1pm
Help pick and pack online orders quickly and correctly, some Heavy lifting involved.
Be a reliable and professional team player with a positive attitude.
Skills and Experience:
A genuine passion for Fishing, sports, fitness, and Hunting.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Willingness to learn about new products and grow with the team.
Ability to work reliably, including weekends and holidays as required.
