🎯 Three months can feel like a lifetime.

It’s been over three months since my wrist surgery, which meant pausing training at the playground.

Recovery has meant patience, trusting in the process, and remembering that progress doesn’t always mean physically squeezing the trigger.

The focus hasn’t changed.
Just the timeline.

See you back on the firing point soon. I’ll be ready when the time comes 🔥

✨ Last night I was deeply honoured to receive an award for Distinguished Service and High Achievement as an Indian New Zealander at the New Zealand Indian Central Association Centenary Curtain Raiser event.

Celebrating 100 years of NZICA — a national body representing Indians in Aotearoa since 1926 — was incredibly special. Hearing stories of determination, resilience, unity and courage reminded me that our journeys today are built on the sacrifices and strength of those who came before us.

To be part of a community that not only honours its heritage, but actively contributes to making Aotearoa more diverse, inclusive and connected, is something I don’t take lightly. I feel both proud and humbled to stand within that legacy.

As a proud Kiwi-Indian and Paralympian, I stand on the shoulders of those who paved the way — and hope to help open doors for those who follow.

Mum and I had an absolute blast — connecting with inspiring people, sharing stories, and meeting sporting legends who have helped pave the way for my generation (and the next).

Thank you NZICA for the invitation, the recognition, and for continuing to strengthen our community thread in this beautiful country. 🤍

Grateful to play a small part in a much bigger story — one that continues to grow with every generation.

🎉 See ya later, 2025!

For a year I thought was going to be chill, you demanded a lot, taught me even more, and shaped me in ways I wasn’t expecting.

From the highs of PBs in the gym, travelling and competing overseas, and spending time with family and friends—to the lows of loss, injury, sickness, and the stress of not having my own wheelchair for almost half the year.

2025 saw the good, the bad, and the ugly, and gave me opportunities for growth, resets, and moments of pure gratitude.

So thank you, 2025—and thank you to everyone who joined me along the way.

And hellooooo, 2026! Let’s see what magical chaos you bring to the table.
Happy New Year, everyone! 🎉

🧚 Making my recovery ✨MAGICAL✨

After my wrist surgery, my fairy garden has become the perfect gentle focus — slow-paced, creative, and kind to my body. Watching the fairy garden glow each night feels like pure whimsical joy, like I’ve built a tiny enchanted world. The motto “A garden fiesta all Summer long”.

When the sun goes down, it’s party central for all the plants and insects and it is proof that healing can still sparkle. 🐞✨
