So missing the fun days we had at Blackbarn. ..... after alot of ummming and arrring I am now on the look out for a suitable large pony / small hack to give a handful of lessons on. Initially will only be able to cater for a handful of private one on one lessons. Please if you know of an ideal horse or pony that would love a wee job with lots of TLC on offer, please get in touch. Ideally looking for a lease option to buy. 🐴😊

Grazing available with arena. Tack room for gear. Good fencing and auto filling water troughs. Float parking available if needed too. Property owner lives on site. Location Waipapa. Must be a dedicated horse owner who tends to their horse regularly. $60 per week.

Thank you so much to everyone that has supported BBRC over the years. It has been an absolute pleasure helping riders and families understand the magical world of horses. As much as it was a tough decision to close our doors we are still available to provide lessons for people on their own horses so please don't hesitate to get in touch and hopefully we can help either here or at your own property.

As many of you will now know, it is with a heavy heart that BBRC is closing down. So sadly we have two horses looking for their new homes.
Steelo 13hh grey mare 14/15 yrs old. A great beginners pony. She has some sass but also trustworthy. She has given so many kiddies an awesome start to their riding.
Sookie 15.1hh bay kaimanawa mare. 13yrs. A sweet girl who loves plenty of attention. Would be a great pleasure riding horse.
Both have been a real asset to the school and truly deserve to have their own special person. Feel free to pm if interested.
