Congratulations is just one of the words we are shouting out to Jon Elrick (JL) - a massive achievement and one we are all excited to be part of tomorrow here at the Mighty TRFC.
JL has pretty much reached every milestone available - 30, 50, 100, 200 and now 250 Prem Caps, the Highest Points Scorer too many times to count (not going to say the oldest Player but he's had a few special birthdays in his time wearing the Blue & Gold).
He's loved by all, particularly Hayley and his girls, Jordan & Ashley who are always on the sideline cheering him on.
He has a boot Dan Carter would be proud of, especially at Onewa and more than once has secured us wins in crunch games.
He's fighting fit and looking forward to running out on his favourite ground in front of family, friends, teammates past and current. He may even get a clap from the Refs!
It's our turn to turn out for him tomorrow, the Club will be buzzing, the crowd humming, it’s not something you want to miss.
Not only is this super special for JL, it's a must win game for the Prems and we'd definitely love to keep the Big Willie Trophy in the cabinet for the remainder of the Season.
