How many times a week should you see a personal trainer to see real changes in your body?

Here’s the honest truth 👇
Most people see the best results with 2–3 sessions per week.
Why? Because consistency + correct training = progress.

A personal trainer’s job is to:
✅ Create a structured plan for your body and goals
✅ Guide you through every session
✅ Make sure you’re using the right machines
✅ Teach you the correct technique so you train safely and effectively
✅ Progress your workouts so you don’t get stuck

But here’s the part most people forget
Your results are also shaped by what happens outside the gym:

✔️How much you drink on the weekend
✔️How many “flexible” meals you have
✔️How much sleep you get
✔️How much water you drink

A trainer can guide, educate, and support you —
but your daily habits decide the speed of your results.

If you show up to training and also look after your body the rest of the week…
✨ That’s when real transformation happens.
