Hold Fast Strength and Conditioning We are a strength and conditioning facility in the local community and have been going from strength to strength over the last three years Holdfaststrength.com

Our Strengths lay with implementing a Strength/conditioning and fitness program tailored for schools or corporate business, looking at including health and well-being into their daily routine or sessions designed to educated and teach new movements to students to enhance their everyday or sporting performance. We also tailor strength and conditions program that can correct deficiencies and help pr

event/decrease injuries. Hold Fast can cater for small groups or larger class sizes depending on what your needs are. Our trainers are highly qualified in area's such as Personal Training, level 1 crossfit, Level 1 ZUU, experience in Kettlebells, boxing for fitness and general strength and conditioning.

Well she is a different looking “NZ CrossFit Nationals” for me this year…. Only the 2nd time in 13 years that I won’t be on the comp floor.
Instead we will be heading down with 4 epic teams and coaching them all weekend.
It’s been a big lead up to this and a massive shout out has to go to .shearer.pt for helping prep week in and week out to allow each team to be ready.

We can’t wait to see you all smash it this weekend .
