Meet ContraMestre Moica and Professora Chiquinha , from the Capoeira Raça Group of Chile, students of Mestre Badogue
Moica is a warrior, an example of perseverance, dedication, commitment, respect and humility who, out of brotherly love, donated one of his kidneys to Chiquinha, his Capoeira sister, a woman with admirable physical, mental and spiritual strength.
Professora Chiquinha went through a many of very serious health issues related to repeated kidney failure due to an autoimmune disease and her life was compromised.
Chiquinha told Moica that she needed a transplant to continue living and ContraMestre Moica without hesitation offered her one of his own.
The transplant was carried out successfully almost 2 years ago and today the two continue their teaching and learning journey within Capoeira.

The physical capabilities that you can achieve by training consistently are limitless but the magic of Capoeira transcends the physical aspect.
Not all groups, not all families, not all friends are the same but this one is special and has a lot of history.
