🏆⚽ Junior Season Complete... Tournament Time Ahead! ⚽🏆

As our Hauraki Plains FC junior teams wrap up their regular season, we want to take a moment to congratulate every player, coach, manager, volunteer, referee, and supportive whānau member on a fantastic season.

From our youngest Cubs to our oldest junior teams, you've shown commitment, sportsmanship, teamwork, and plenty of Hauraki Plains spirit every week. Whether it was your first season or your fifth, every player has grown in confidence, skills, and love for the game.

While the regular season may be over, we're not quite finished yet! Our teams still have tournaments and prizegiving to look forward to, giving players another opportunity to have fun, make memories, and represent our club with pride.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to another successful junior football season. We are incredibly proud of all our players and can't wait to see what the future holds.

WHAT A LEGEND! CONGRATULATIONS HARRY! ⚽️🙌🔴🖤

Huge shoutout to one of our young HPFC players, Harry applied for funding and raised enough to buy brand new goalposts for the school! 🥅💥

His massive determination even caught the eye of Auckland FC, who came down to to celebrate the official opening, run skill sessions, show off their trophies, and present Harry with a signed jersey! 🏆👕

It's one thing to talk about a dream, but turning it into a reality for nearly 100 kids to enjoy is something truly special. The whole Hauraki Plains FC whānau is so proud of you, Harry—an absolute superstar on and off the field! 🌟💪 we loved helping you on your mission!

What a fantastic weekend of junior football! 💚⚽

As our tamariki took to the field with big smiles, determination, and plenty of team spirit, none of it would have been possible without the incredible volunteers who give their time to make each game day a success.

From our coaches and managers, to referees, committee members, and the parents and whānau who step in wherever needed, thank you. Your dedication creates opportunities for our young players to learn, grow, make friends, and develop a lifelong love of football.

Calling All Women and Girls – Join the Hauraki Plains FC Family!

We want to enter a Women's Division 3 Social Team for the 2027 season — and we'd love to hear from anyone keen to get involved!

Whether you've played football before, haven't kicked a ball in years, or are completely new to the game, this is your chance to get active, meet new people, and have some fun.

To get things started, we'll be running weekly social kick-arounds where women and girls can come along, enjoy a relaxed game, build confidence, learn new skills and connect with others who share an interest in football.

✅ No experience necessary
✅ All fitness levels welcome
✅ Friendly and supportive environment
✅ Great way to meet new people and have fun

⚽️ WHAT A DAY! ⚽️
A massive shoutout to our incredible Under 11 squad who came out and absolutely crushed our School Holiday Fun Day!

From skill drills and lightning-fast mini-games to some seriously impressive goal celebrations, the energy on the pitch was unmatched. It was fantastic to see the kids sharpening their skills, supporting their teammates, and—most importantly—having a blast during the school break.

A huge thank you to Ash and Emma for running the day! 🙌 You both put in an incredible effort to keep the energy high and the games flowing—the day wouldn't have been the success it was without you!

⚽️ Another stellar weekend of junior football for Hauraki Plains FC!

What a fantastic weekend on the pitch, with our junior teams showing great teamwork, determination, sportsmanship, and plenty of smiles along the way.

As we are now into the school holiday break, we'd like to wish all our players, coaches, managers, referees, and supporters a safe and enjoyable holiday. Take the opportunity to rest, recharge, and maybe even have a kick-around in the backyard! ☀️⚽️

Please note that there are no junior games during the school holidays, with football returning next term. Check out your Coachmate chats for those teams training during the holidays.
