The Thames Valley Hockey Association is the administrative Body responsible for promoting Hockey in the Hauraki Plains and surrounding Disticts. Affiliated Clubs go from Mangatangi in the North to Waihi in the South, From Te Kauwhata to the tip of the Coromandel Peninsula.

WOMEN’S FINAL | THAMES vs WAITAKARURU 🏆

And that’s a wrap. A fantastic battle to finish off the season!

A tight one from start to finish, with both teams putting in a huge effort and leaving everything out on the turf. With just one goal separating them, Thames held on to take the win 1–0 and claim the Women’s Final!

Well done to both Thames and Waitakaruru for a great game and a solid finish to the season.

What a way to finish the season!

Stickmen came away with a 5–3 win over X-Men in the Men’s Final on Friday night.

A great game of hockey with plenty of action, goals and big efforts from both teams right through to the final whistle.

Congratulations to Stickmen on taking out the final, and well done to X-Men on a great season!

What a fantastic night of hockey to wrap up the Year 7 & 8 season!

A huge congratulations to all of our players who took the turf and gave it everything in the finals. The skill, teamwork and determination on display made for an exciting evening of hockey.

Thank you to our coaches, managers, umpires, volunteers and whānau for your support throughout the season.

This Friday night, we’ve got THREE finals games lined up and we’d love to see plenty of supporters down there cheering on the teams!

🏑 Primary Final 5:10pm
🏑 Men’s Final 6:30pm
🏑 Women’s Final 8pm

Come down, bring the family, grab a few friends and get behind the players as they battle it out for the finals!

Support the teams and support Hauraki Plains Football Club fundraising at the turf, with food and drinks available on the night.

What a game to finish things off!

HPC Black came away with the win over Paeroa in tonight’s Secondary Final, taking it out 2–0. A hard-fought game from both sides, with plenty of skill, determination and great hockey on show right through to the end.

A great night of hockey and a fantastic way to wrap up the secondary season.
