Juniors boxing class 5:15-6pm has shifted to Friday to 3:15-4pm to cater winter sports starting up.

First day back and it was a nice sweaty little workout 💪
We covered everything from circuit exercises and bag work to shadow boxing and a core finisher to wrap it up.

🥊 Junior Boxing 2025 – Wrapped Up!

That’s a close for junior boxing this year! A huge thank you to everyone who joined and supported our FREE classes.

Special appreciation goes to Sport Waikato for sponsoring our equipment and gear, the Ngaruawahia Bowling Club for providing the venue, and John Cook for generously sponsoring all our apparel and competition gear.

📅 Junior boxing will kick off again on 10 February 2026 at 4:30pm and 5:15pm.

Enjoy the break, and we look forward to seeing you all in the new year!
