Another one of my athletes that has successfully made there way through my LMTS Dragflicking Academy. has been working hard with her dragflicks and her training has paid off.
=========================
This flick won her team the playoff for 3rd place in the Taranaki Women's Premier Grade for 2021. This was during golden goal extra time and she got told to flick.
=========================

I will be running my 'LMTS Learn To Drag Flick Academy'. It will be open up to any ages of you want to learn to Drag Flick.

It will be a 4 week Academy, where you will need to attend each session to get the biggest benefit and results.

Time of session will be 10.00am till 11.00am. This Academy will be starting on the 10th January at the New Plymouth Turf.

🔥🔥SHGC HOCKEY 2021🔥🔥

If you plan on making yourself eligible for the SHGC Hockey 1st XI in 2021, you need to sign up for this pre season fitness/team building programme.
=========================
This will start January 17th 2021 at 5.00pm with venues each week tbt. This is very important that we get a squad together nice and early so we can start bonding together and working as a unit to raise those fitness levels.
=========================
However, prior to then I need you to start on your own fitness levels.
Pre Pre-Season Training:
• 1x30min Steady state run.
• 15mins Core workout.
This is per week leading up to when I will run my programme with you.
If you need ideas on some core exercises please don't hesitate to ask.
