Round two this Sunday.
8:15am. All tāne welcome. Members or not and gym or no gym!

After the first session, one thing became pretty clear… sometimes it’s not even the training people need most. It’s just being around good people. A laugh. A kōrero and a bit of mahi.

After a weekend of watching people push through hard things at the race, it feels like a good reminder that everyone’s fighting battles you can’t always see. Some loud. Some quiet.

That’s what Ngā Tāne is about.
No pressure to “open up”. No expectations. Just a space for the men to train, hang around after for a BBQ and a drink, and connect however that looks for you.
