Loosing 1.8% body fat while gaining 700g muscle is no easy feat!

Phil started at F45 Training NP in May 2026 and has found his rhythm, hitting 4-5 sessions per week from the 5am early bird session to 4.30pm. Phil’s dedication to his training & lifestyle shows in his Evolt scan results as well as hitting PB’s after PB’s. Phil’s dedication to his team & himself is really humbling to witness.
