Fun way to spend my one day of the week off, getting my knee tattooed by the awesome

Did a David bowie wolf on the kneecap of Billy.
Super tough and obliging guy. With some really cool twists on some classic tattoos. Was a really fun way to hang out on a sunday.
As you can see it's very swollen puffy and a bit bloody.

Today is my last day as a personal trainer at City Fitness, it's time to change things up and challenge myself. I will still be PTing, just at a different gym, to be precise. As much as I will miss the awesome people I have met and worked with over the last two years, I'm really looking forward to the change and all that it will bring. One of the great things about the change is the opportunity to work with a wider range of people, as I will be able to train people that don't have a membership there.

This is Bodhi, the latest member of team he's an 18 month old rescue dog. He's full of energy and an amazing fit to our family. We feel privileged to have the opportunity to give him the home and family he deserves. Just one of many changes happening this year. That said, there is another change happening in the next few weeks that I'm very excited about. I'll keep you posted 😉👍

Had to stop and watch some waves crash in, the low rumble of these waves crashing against the rocks is one of my favorite sounds. Unfortunately it's not done justice by the mic on my phone.

After an awesome workout this morning, a bit of one on one training, some chill out time with my awesome wife I finished the day with a cruise along the foreshore on my longboard. Loving that ocean.
