Being a personal trainer isn’t just about showing up and coaching others — it’s living in the gym, every day, in every way.

I train clients.
I train with clients.
I demonstrate. I coach. I push. I motivate.

Strength. Conditioning. Boxing. Mobility.
Different energy systems. Different goals. Different demands.

And the truth?
It’s hard to keep your own routine locked in when you’re pouring everything into everyone else.
Some days your training becomes scattered.
Some days you’re tired before your session even starts.

Some days discipline slips — not because you don’t care, but because you give so much.
But it’s 2026 now.

And this year is about me stepping back into my own structure.

More strict.
More intentional.
More consistent.
I know what I’m capable of.
I know the work required.
And I know that when I commit, I don’t miss.
I’ve got this.
I’m strong.
I’m consistent.
And I’m smashing my goals — one disciplined day at a time.
