My client Krisโ€™s 2 month progress update ๐Ÿ™Œ
Kris is an absolute pleasure to work with. One of the things I love about personal training is building friendships, which is exactly whatโ€™s transpired here! Kris is open minded and disciplined with his training and nutrition and heโ€™s turning that into results! When kris originally came to me he wanted to break out of a long plateau and was seeking a different way forward. In my opinion kris was already very lean and in good shape, so to see these results in such a short period of time is outstanding! ๐Ÿ™Œ heโ€™s gotten stronger in all of his movements and has lost a lot of body fat around his waist which has resulted in him looking far more defined and muscular. More importantly kris feels mentally better than ever and is loving his program! I am very lucky to have him as a client and as a friend ๐Ÿ˜Š

๐Ÿšจ sound on ๐Ÿšจ as you continue to consistently work out over a period of time, you begin to realise that exercise is no longer about how you look in the mirror. It becomes more than that.
Exercise is self respect, itโ€™s mental clarity, itโ€™s feeling good ๐Ÿ˜Š
