Lumi; meaning “light, or filled with light” in Latin. Very fitting for a little guy that brings so much light into our lives already.

Aidan; namesake 🫶🏼 in honour of his big cousin, my baby nephew who protects & watches over us from where ever he was needed more. 🌈

Melts my heart watching my big girl love on our baby boy 🥹🥰 we’re all so smitten.

Gentle reminder to all, when meeting new babies;
• Do not visit if you are sick, or recently been sick.
• Wash your hands with soap on arrival.
• DO NOT kiss baby or put your fingers in their mouths.
Babies have such fragile immunity in these beginning weeks, let’s do our best to keep our pēpi safe.
If this offends you in any way - please don’t visit us at all. ✌🏼

Is a 45 minute small circuit training class where babies are welcome!

This class is designed for parents who are wanting to move their bodies but have their littlest loves by their sides. Workout in a safe environment with your newborn, crawler or toddler in tow.
Limited to 6 adults per class only.

Okāto based classes;
Monday & Wednesday 10.30am.

• every day I will post a challenge, you can choose to do that challenge or skip. Some challenges are on the bingo card twice - so choose your square wisely as you can’t change once completed!

A class designed for women who are heading into their fifties or who have already hit that milestone!

WHAT?
Resistance training is any physiological movement that uses bodyweight or equipment to engage your muscles.

WHY?
As young as forty, women begin to lose 1% of lean muscle mass per year.
Resistance based training helps maintain muscle mass, bone density, mobility and improve overall health. It is essential for women heading towards pre/peri/menopause and post menopause.

HOW?
Resistance training works by putting stress and load on the bone and muscles. As a result, they respond positively. So if your muscles are holding weight – be that a dumbbell or your body weight – they’ll increase bone density and muscle mass.
