Epic Sunday Activation coming up 🌞

We're heading down to Shoe Clinic this Sunday morning, 8 til half 9, for our first activation run. Think of it as the warm up before the warm up. Easy pace, good company with ZeroTwenty2 SportsCo 🤝

Mark will be there with Bingo cards for everyone!

➡️ Tick off a line and you'll walk away with a WoolAid pack 🎁 (if you haven't tried these merino plasters yet, you're in for a surprise, they're made from wool grown right here in NZ and they actually break down in the soil).

➡️ Fill the whole card, verify it with Mark, and your name goes on the back of your Bingo Card to enter the draw for a Fractel Cap!

Course Update: Shoe Clinic Pukekura 5k has a new format for 2026, now a single lap starting and finishing at TSB Stadium.

Same great course through Pukekura Park, just a fresh layout. Details are on the website if you want the full breakdown before race day.

Say hello to our brand-new **Coastal Five Activation Runs** — FREE, social walk/runs popping up in the lead-up to Coastal Five.

No race bibs. No pressure. No need to be speedy.

Just rock up and choose your pace:

It takes you along the coast, past the maunga, through the streets and lookouts we never get tired of.

You don't need to be a runner for this one. You just need a why.

Suzanne's is simple. She wanted to bring an event to Taranaki so we'd have a reason to properly celebrate the place we call home.

Make East End Playground your friend. 🙌

It’s a great spot to cheer on your Coastal Half runner AND there’s something to keep the small humans entertained between sightings.

Because spectating with kids is roughly:

10 seconds: “THERE THEY ARE!!! GO MUM!!!” 📣

Followed by:

“When are they coming back?”

“When can we go?”

“I’m hungry.”

“Can I have another snack?”

Plan accordingly. 😂

It's a morning to gather in New Plymouth ahead of your big weekend, share a meal, and catch up. There will be a Q&A with notable runners and inspiring folks so this is not to be missed.
