Feeling like you're making a bit of a dent in the couch? Or haven't been up for moving your body lately? Well, I have got news for you!

Each day (while we are in lockdown) I will be hosting live Zoom Pilates sessions that anyone can take part in, whether you are a Pilates veteran, newbie or are just wanting to try something new, then this is for you!

If this sounds like something you would be up for, all you need to do is like my page "Emma Stirling Pilates" and I will add you to my private 'Lockdown Pilates' group. Once you're in there it will tell you all the info you need including prices ($5 for one off classes or $20 for unlimited classes for one week).

Lets get through this together and come out of lockdown a little bit stronger than when we began!
