Rugby Fit Online Coaching is for male & female rugby players (from 11 years of age upwards) that want to develop strength, power, speed, endurance, agility & put on muscle to take their game to the next level.
For less than $7 a week, you can have a personal rugby strength & conditioning coach.
Your custom designed individualised monthly program delivered straight to our app on your phone will include a strategic balance of strength, muscle building, fitness, speed, explosive power, mobility & agility training that you can fit around your current schedule. If you are in pre season, in season or off season phases, the type of training & frequency of sessions per week will be adjusted accordingly.
Gym or home based strength & power programs, bodyweight & plyometric training, outdoor fitness, speed sessions & off feet conditioning all designed with the equipment you have available.
Every program is designed to meet your individual goals & requirements of your playing position, using the latest in sports science combined with 18 years experience working with athletes.
