Thanks to everyone who had fun at one of our SuperKidz events. We love seeing the progress that is made every week and all the smiles afterwards.
Good luck to those doing Weet-Bix next week, I hope you have found our event helpful in the build up.
Pictured is a purple zip up top that was left behind last night that we would like to get back to its owner. Send us a message or email [email protected] if this is yours.
Look forward to seeing you all again in 2025.

Final chance tomorrow to get some practice in before the big Weet-Bix event.
Another tip to help with bike speed, is to put your bike in an easy gear before you leave it in transition.
You will get up to speed quicker, and can then change into a harder gear.

Well done to everyone who took part in our Bayleys Superkidz Tryathlon series. It was great to watch the progression from week to week.
Good luck to those who are doing the Weet-bix Tryathlon next week.
Since that is a swim, bike, run order event it's a good idea to practise your swim bike transition.
You might want a towel to dry your feet and adding talcum powder in your shoes helps pull them on. Elastic laces are helpful for doing shoes up in a hurry and remember to put your T-shirt on before your cycle helmet 😉
