It is been a little while since I posted pictures online, this season has started off really well with lots of school groups. Yesterday was the last session of the girls from the Scotlands Boarders, they had so much fun and we have been lucky with good surfing conditions. Women Only Surf Course Monday Evenings

Always wanted to learn to surf or would you like to improve your current surfing? Come and join the women-only surf course.

Women of all ages can learn to surf together.

During this course you will have a lot of fun, you will meet a group of like-minded women and practice the best sport in the world.

You will experience the power of the ocean and connect with nature, gaining confidence in yourself and your abilities.

During the course, you will learn the following surf skills if you have never surfed before.

- Discover the first steps
- Gage how to read the ocean
- Learn how to paddle your surfboard
- Learn to stand up and ride white water waves
- Enjoy the ride

Or do you want to improve your current surfing? You can stand up consistently in white water waves. You will learn the following:

- Learn how to read waves
- Discover where to paddle out and how to paddle out
- Learn how to position yourself
- Learn to surf left and right
- Learn how to gain speed and catch more waves
