100KM WHAT A TRAIL. ⛰️

I had the privilege in pacing Alice Douglas through her 100km trail run.

This track is not for the faint hearted, you will be tested with no way out but your own 2 feet.

After Alice’s 49km we raced against the clock to get her to the maitai checkpoint with 3 minutes to spare!

Along with many others Alice found her self battling through unthinkable pain and heat.

It was a priceless experience to watch someone be at the weakest point in their mindset and triumph back to their goal!

A reminder that it is always mind over matter and the body can accomplish great things with the strong mindset.
