Top tip. Always check what your eating. Sounds obvious, sometimes something will sneak in with your coffee!
Afghanistan 88g high sugar low protein,
423 cal aagh
Seasoned orange roughly 170g with Asian coleslaw 110g
Much bigger much more nutrient dense.
8x more protein and satiety power.
Guess what only 372 cal.
The cookie leaves us feeling short changed and not nearly as yum.

I've been lucky recently to have the time to reassess what my career means to me.
My official title is Personal Trainer but I don't feel it covers my role.
My role is to give my clients the ability to achieve through helping them create the body they need to do it.
This could be learning to run 5km so that they can believe they can enter a 1/2 marathon. To loose 30kg to have the confidence to date again after divorce. To bench 150kg and see themselves on a podium at a power lifting comp.
I used to think I work with my incredible clients to allow them to dream.
I now know I use my knowledge and experience to create POTENTIAL and SELF BELIEF, by giving them the physical ability to do so. So much deeper than dreams. I'd also like to thank my clients, past, present and future for daily giving me the self belief to achieve my potential through change. I love what I do and continue to do so.
