😳 Wow, how accurate is this!
It is so sad that people go from being happy kids dancing so freely to adults that for many reasons including fear stop themselves from experiencing the joys & benefits of dance 💃

"I've got two left feet"
"I'm too uncoordinated"
"I'll run into someone"
"I'm too unfit"

These are all common statements we hear that robs peoples abilities to make the move to get back into dancing 💔

At Zumba, there are no rules, you dance how you want to dance. Some dance high, some dance low and others brings their own flavour and expressions to the dance. It's a supportive, safe space which welcomes everyone and welcomes all moves! 🥰
