It's hard not to smile when you see people being this playful! They dance the whole song with only one move - the Push Break (aka Sugar Push) - and it still looks so mesmerising and fun!

Class continues tomorrow at Ghost Light Theatre at the usual time of 7pm. We'll be using some of the moves taught during the course and adding some fun variations. See you there!

Thanks to my mum for finding this gem. A fantastic demo of West Coast Swing's constantly growing connection with Zouk - an increasingly popular French-Latin dance that shares a unique similarity with WCS in that the follower goes forward on their first step (in most other styles the follower steps to the the side or backwards to begin with).
