⚠️ ‼️ ANNOUNCEMENT - BRANFORD PARK‼️ ⚠️
Anyone who's been out to Branford Park has seen the works that are taking place there.
They are about to move to their next stage, which affects our course. ☹️ 😭

We've been working with the Council and their contractors to make this as simple as possible, but unfortunately, Holes 14-17 will be affected.

Hole 14's teepad will be temporarily shifted forward and moved back after the works have been completed.

Holes 15 and 16 will be closed temporarily for the duration of the works as there will be fences up across the fairways while the contractors dig trenches to continue the installation of the new pipes.

Hole 17 will be playable, but the left-hand side of the fairway will be fenced, so take care not to throw in there.

If your disc goes over any fences and into the working area, DO NOT go after it. We'll organise for it to be retrieved by the contractors.

🥏 This is your friendly reminder to name and number your discs so we can get them back to you.

We've been making progress on our tee pads at Rabbit Island, with thanks to Blacks Fasteners Nelson

You'll now see Yellow and Blue turf on the open holes (15-17), plus green turf on 18.

Because this course has multiple layouts, with some holes featuring multiple tee pads, we've got different turf colours!
🔵 Blue = Tees for the Intermediate Layout
🟡 Yellow = Tees for the Pro Layout
🟢 Green = Tees where both Intermediate and Pros have the same tee pad (blue + yellow = green).

Over the next weeks/months, we'll be working to get all tees finished.

⚠️ We’re sad to announce that the high winds over the past week have impacted the Branford Disc Golf Course *cue tiny violin*

This is mostly impacting Holes 3, 4, and 5.
Please do your best to avoid playing these until we can work with the council to get everything cleared.

When you do play, please take a moment of silence for Hole 4s basket 😭🪦
