I have always known it existed, but until yesterday I had no idea how huge it is
Or how important it is to win
This war doesnโt have teams
Itโs a free for all
Every man and woman for themselves
And you see, if you choose to not even participate in this war
Then you and your coaching business has already lost
This is the war for your audience's attention
Every single day when you wake up, you want to be making consistent sales in your business
To feed your family
To pay your mortgage or rent
To take a holiday and experience life head on
And if you want yourself and your business to thriveโฆ
Youโd better fight with everything youโve got
So how do you get your audience's attention?
The answer is through your content
Every blog, vlog, video, article, training, and podcast you post throughout social media and online is your opportunity to grab some of your audienceโs attention
The more content you post, the more eyeballs on you and the more opportunity for attention you gain
But you havenโt won yet
Not even close
Now you need your audience to actually engage with your content
Engagement doesn't just mean likes, comments and shares
All engagement means is that they stop on your content to take a quick peek
To decide if your content provides enough value to actually devote their precious time and consume it
If itโs not relevant and valuable
It will vanish into the social media black hole
If however, your content is incredibly relevant and valuable
Some of your audience will consume it
Congratulations
Youโve gained some points
And these points are also called โconsiderationโ
If you can continue to provide relevant and valuable content to your audience and they are willing to consume
Consideration over time makes you the only logical choice when members of your audience are ready to invest in themselves
You seeโฆ
The attention of your audience is finite
Meaning that they only spend a certain amount of time each day on social media
And youโre not only competing with other coaches
Youโre competing with cat memes
If youโre not there to build a relationship and add value every single day with your audience
You will find harder and harder to attract the right clients with consistency
So when I say fight tooth and nail for your audience's attention by posting high value and relevant content frequently...
I mean it!
Itโs literally for the survival and growth of your coaching business
P.S That photo was taken while walking the Tongariro crossing, which was an epic battle itself ๐คฃ
