Excellent training tonight everyone. Well done from Master Luke and all your instructors. Remember, practice makes perfect. 10minutes a day is no time at all out of the day for anyone.
Please don’t forget that there is no training on Monday as ANZAC day is been observed.
Have a great long weekend, see you all ready and raring to go on Wednesday.
