✨ STUDIO UPDATE ✨

Sending so much love to all of Hawkes bay during this devastating time 💕 our hearts break for those affected.

We know this is a time where community, support and love are needed more than ever. So we have decided to open the studio up on Monday with a reduced schedule.

✨ Monday Hatha 9am
✨ Monday Yin 6pm

✨ Tuesday Yin 9am
✨ Tuesday Yin Yang 6pm

✨ Wednesday both classes cancelled

✨ Thursday Yin 9.30am
✨ Thursday Hatha 6pm

✨ Friday Strong Vinyasa 9am

If you feel called to return to your mat, come along and connect with your fellow yogis.

For anyone impacted by the cyclone who would like to attend yoga but is not in a financial position to, please reach out and we can organise your attendance.

A very happy New Year to you all! 🤎 What a year 2022 was; from rebranding to Exhale Yoga, to expanding the space to accommodate creativity and fun as Exhale workshop space.

It's safe to say 2022 brought us all the emotions and the most notable ones were connection and support. So thank you, thank you all, for showing up for yourselves and supporting Exhale. We look forward to seeing you in 2023 x

And that's a wrap on classes for 2022! We’re off for some well deserved family time and rest 💤

From all of the teachers and myself, we'd like to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone that has supported us throughout 2022. We are beyond grateful to have such a wonderful community of students, friends, and mentors.

Exhale will be logging off for the year but have some treats scheduled in throughout to ensure you're still able to flow, when you want to, up until next year 🤎
