current classes are mondays wednesdays 6.30pm beginners kickboxing. teusday & thursday 5.30pm boxing. friday 6.30pm strength and conditioning. wednesday and friday 4pm kids kickboxing. Tuesday and Thursday 12pm kickboxing blast. private lessons, 1 on 1 personal training also available by appointment. group training sessions available by appointment.
