I never thought I’d ever step on a bodybuilding stage or run a marathon.
Now, after years of consistency and hard work, I’ve completed 6 bodybuilding shows, won 4 Overall titles in Men’s Physique & Men’s Fitness, and completed my first 10km marathon — placing 3rd in my age category (27–28).
This didn’t happen overnight. It started with one decision: to stop making excuses and stay consistent.
