Sorry for the radio silence team. Getting used to this balancing work at home with entertaining a 6 year old 24/7. Gonna try put up a video tomorrow. Just want to get an idea on what you guys are working with equipment wise. Dumbells, elastic bands, milk bottles? Let me know what you have in the comments.

Hi team. Day 7 of isolation. After a couple of days of cardio today it's time for some home strength training. We are going to work in a circuit. So so a complete run through, then repeat 2 or 3 times.

Squat x 10
Deadlift x 10 (make sure back stays straight, use stick if needed)
Crunch x 10
Press up x 10 (3 options here. Full press up, use a chair for incline press up, knee press up)

Get creative. Use what you can for weights. Bags of sugar, sack of spud, weights if you have them. Your kids could help out by being your weight.

Hello everyone. Welcome to day 5 of isolation. Hopefully everyone is doing ok. Over the next 4 weeks I plan to post some workout ideas, videos, challenges and some of the stuff I am doing to stay fit and healthy in these strange times. The biggest thing during isolation is to stay motivated and keep moving. So today I challenge you all to grab a calander and plan the next week. When are you going to exercise? What might you do? For me this week is about running laps of anderson park(conveniently located opposite my driveway). Aiming for 6 laps by Saturday
