Dance Express Dance Express Napier Dance Express is one of the bays local dance schools. Up at our studio we also have Pilates in Focus. (06) 8420454

We provide lessons from beginners to teens & adults in Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop and Tap. Pilates is a great way to lengthen, strengthen and control. We also have the Hawkes Bay Corporate Dancers, who specialize in everything from even dances, waitressing, modeling etc. Give us a call for and information and queries on all 3 of these great business.

We have enjoyed celebrating our wonderful Rosettes and receiving such lovely feedback.
Our recent senior exams also produced delightful results, with the examiner capturing the essence of each pupil.
We are delighted to have received several scholarship nominations. Congratulations to Mike Golovanov, Ayla Pain, Eva Galbraith, and Phoebe Holland. Congratulations also to Phoebe Holland, Eva Galbraith, Hannah Hodson, and Ayla Pain, who have each earned their third Diploma, achieving the highest Licentiate Award AMAZING!

OFFICE: Our fabulous Administrator Gill, was awarded a prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship a few weeks ago for her longstanding service to the community and to education. Congratulations Gill. She received this at the annual Rotary Club of Greenmeadows Changeover where she is a member.

We're now super excited to be working on our recital items for the 5th of December

This is My Shot to invite you to our second Adults Musical Theatre Theme Dance Fitness Class!

$20 per person.

Join us on Tuesday 21st of July from 6.30–7.30pm as we sing, dance, sweat and bring a little Broadway magic to the studio.
We'll have All That Jazz, You Can't Stop the Beat, maybe a little Aquarius, and who knows... by the end of the night you could be Defying Gravity!

Whether you're a leading lady, chorus member, villain or comic relief, dust off a costume, throw on a feather boa, top hat or sparkles—or simply borrow something from our costume box.

No need to be a Big Spender—just bring your energy and we'll create a few Seasons of Love (and laughter) together.
If you're thinking, "I Dreamed a Dream" of dancing again... this is your sign. And whatever you do... Don't Rain on My Parade!

After class we'll raise a glass together, because There's No Business Like Show Business, and every great cast deserves a fabulous closing night celebration.

So warm up those jazz hands, strike a pose, and get ready for your standing ovation...

Another wonderful Rosette day :)

My teachers did an AMAZING job with their choreography.

Well done to teachers, pupils, judges, writers and the girls who wrote the whiteboards!

Also a big thank you for all the support from our fabulous parents/caregivers you have very gifted children indeedy 🙂

Wow, half way through term 2 already😎
We are super excited for our Rosette day in June.

We are the Family Friendly Dance Studio. No set dance uniforms required.
No dance shoes if you do contemporary classes.
Flowing and graceful, we have classes from 7yrs plus.
Move & Groove from 3 & a half.
Hip Hop and Jazz from 5yrs.
FREE kids Ballet classes if you are in another discipline.

Our Adult Tap classes in all levels are an awesome workout and great fun.
Adult Ballet, amazing what is being achieved! Our oldest adult pupil is 82yrs old 😊

🚨 On tonight at 6.30 our fabulous Dance Party disco class. Wear your trainers and bring your water bottle. 60mins of great fun. Subdued lighting. Just be yourself and enjoy a great workout :)
