Seated Strength & Breathing Classes – Registrations of Interest

I'll be opening Seated Strength & Breathing Classes once school returns and I’m currently taking registrations of interest.

These are live, coach-led classes designed for people who need a safe, structured way to build strength, improve breathing, and move with confidence — all from a seated position at home.

This class is suitable for:
• Older adults
• People with limited mobility
• Anyone who finds standing or floor-based exercise difficult

Classes will run twice per week (Monday & Wednesday at 10:30am) and are focused on strength, posture, breathing, and functional movement.

Spaces will be limited to keep the classes calm, safe, and easy to follow.

As a coach, I believe in the power of pushing limits, but I also know the importance of recovery. Today, I’m stepping into my favourite part of the day-my sauna session.🧖‍♀️🔥
The benefits of regular sauna use go far beyond relaxation. Here’s why I make it a non-negotiable part of my routine:
1️⃣ Detoxification: The intense heat promotes sweating, which helps flush out toxins and cleanse the skin. It’s like giving my body a deep, natural reset.
2️⃣Muscle Recovery: After a tough workout, the sauna helps to ease muscle tension, reduce soreness, and speed up recovery.
3️⃣Improved Circulation: The heat causes blood vessels to dilate, increasing circulation and promoting better heart health. It’s like giving my cardiovascular system a gentle workout.
4️⃣ Mental Clarity: There’s something about the quiet heat that allows me to disconnect, clear my mind, and refocus. It’s my meditation in motion-where I plan, reflect and recharge.
5️⃣ Enhanced Immune Function: Regular sauna use can boost the immune system by increasing white blood cell production, helping me stay strong and healthy, even during the busiest times.
Remember, fitness isn’t just about the hours you put in at the gym-it’s about how you take care of your body and mind every single day. Consistency in recovery is just as important as consistency in training & nutrition. 💪🥑
I encourage all of you to find your own recovery ritual, whether it’s a sauna session, a long stretch, or simply taking time to breathe deeply. Your body will thank you for it!

I'm looking for 5-10 more women who have 5-10 kilos to lose 😉

I'm starting a new case study group this September to help 5 more women in their 30's, 40's and 50's who want to stop hiding behind baggy clothes & avoiding the beach & want to slip into a little black dress for work every day confidently, because their stomach is flatter, arms are toned & you have energy that lasts all day.

There won't be any depriving yourself with restrictive diets or forcing yourself through endless cardio sessions.

Instead, we guide you through simple yet effective strength training and practical nutrition strategies that fit seamlessly into your busy life, so seeing the results you've always wanted becomes effortless and a natural part of your routine.
