Seated Strength & Breathing Classes – Registrations of Interest
I'll be opening Seated Strength & Breathing Classes once school returns and I’m currently taking registrations of interest.
These are live, coach-led classes designed for people who need a safe, structured way to build strength, improve breathing, and move with confidence — all from a seated position at home.
This class is suitable for:
• Older adults
• People with limited mobility
• Anyone who finds standing or floor-based exercise difficult
Classes will run twice per week (Monday & Wednesday at 10:30am) and are focused on strength, posture, breathing, and functional movement.
