Feeling stressed, tense or sore... try Pilates! Register now, classes start soon and cater for beginner and intermediate students. Pilates is a beautiful way to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Beginner/gentle class - Mon 11.30am. Mixed level classes - Mon 10.15am, Thurs 10.15am and Thurs 6pm. King George Hall, Bay View. $140 for a 10-week term (once a week).
My Pilates classes are about functional fitness - increasing mobility, flexibility and strength so that you can enjoy all the things you love to do. Simple movements, performed with control, connected to the breath, activated from the core and the benefits are vast.
