Saturday 11/4 round up!
The United lads scored an important round one win against a strong Latin Roots team. It was a fast and close game - all tied up at half time, with the final result 3-1 to Eskview - goals to Troy, Dan and Jona. Player of the Day Brody was solid in CB, including a cracker goal line save! Thanks to Darin for refereeing, and Carol and Jacquie being behind the bar today. United are over in Havelock next week at 3pm.

Reds had a tough first outing, with a loss to Napier South at Marewa Park. Reds are home next week at 1pm hosting Rangers.

Masters had the BYE so start uo next week 1pm at Marewa.

Two strong match ups at home this weekend with United playing Latin Roots on Saturday, and Storm hosting Rangers on Sunday.

2019 Season

Over the Summer Eskview United FC decided we needed to enter a team into the Prems Reserve Division to support our Premier team. We started from scratch but struck gold early on when we recruited Dylan Morgan as a potential Premier player. It quickly became evident that Dylan was serious in committing his time and energy to Eskview United and his name was put forward by Premier coach Jimmy Calder to become the coach of the new Prems Reserve team! A lot of work was put in behind the scenes to recruit new players and to our delight we managed to secure the services of enough people to enter the team.

The team has had a roaring start to the season with 3 wins and 1 loss, notching up 19 goals already! Captain and keeper Hamis McLellan has only let 4 passed him and kept 2 clean sheets!

It is great to see so many new faces around the club! Good luck to the Prems Reserve for the rest of the season! You look well on your way to challenging for the top spot in your league!
