My name is Naomi Eunson and I am a Personal Trainer with over 15 years experience in the industry. I have been involved with all the different aspects of a gym over the years, including Personal Training, Group Fitness, Boxfit, Boxing Specific Coaching, Nutrition, Training New Staff, Marketing, and Management of Gym and staff. My love of the fitness industry started when I joined a gym at 18 and then was asked to work for the gym. I studied and grew as I continued to work my way up the chain and eventually took on the managers role of the gym. I took time of to have my 2 children, but have since been back working as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, as this is where my grass roots lie, and what I am most passionate about. With a broad background of various training styles, and been involved in Boxing at a National and International level prior to kids, I can give you fun and varied workouts, that will help you to achieve your goals. I work alongside my clients to make sure they are gaining all the tools necessary to achieving a healthier and fitter body.
