Mellow out with my weekly morning chair yoga sessions♥️strengthening and muscle targeted exercises to help with balance, mobility and flexibility is a great way to destress, boost energy levels/circulation and enhance freedom of movement🥰You don’t have to be standing upright to gain the benefits of seated exercise..And any type of physical activity that is easy on the joints is certainly better than none! ✨ Intention of the Moment ✨

What’s your focus right now? Connection, wellness, creativity, positivity….authenticity?

With the end of another year approaching, it’s a time to reflect, create, and align with what truly matters. 🌿

It’s not always easy in a world full of filters, unrest and expectations however being real and authentic is where the magic lives🌿 When we embrace who we are, we invite others to do the same 🌟

Whether that’s moving with purpose on the mat, finding inspiration in staying healthy and well, sharing moments with loved ones or chasing our dreams, showing up as your true self in every space, with every person, can only make the world of difference to how we interact with others in a more positive light.

This afternoon I had the absolute pleasure and privilege of spending an hour with the radiant and kind Rachel Hunter at a community meditation workshop. Her warmth and wisdom created an inviting space for the group to connect and center themselves 🙏

Rachel’s approach to mindfulness and inner calm is truly inspiring. I walked away not only feeling lighter but also in tune with myself and those around me.

There’s something incredibly special about the way she guides and encourages a deeper connection to our inner peace. . Perhaps because she is so authentic and real with her approach that comes directly from the heart ♥️speaking in her truth resonated with everyone there too.

It was an honour to share this time with her and I feel truly grateful for such a lovely experience.
