Great day today for our little club
We had the real privilege of Jason Laing (former local), and his crew of apprentices and supporters from the Turf Managers Association and Tieke Golf Club come to the course. It was all about having a demo of some of the gear that’s available out there. Really neat to see it all, maybe when we win lotto we can buy it all lol.
Thanks so much Jason and hope everyone enjoyed their day. They didn’t lose too many golf balls and are coming back to help with our greens.
Really loved the hole digger but despite all the hints Brendon didn’t get one for free
Thanks to our locals that came up to support our day as well

Update for our draw for May
Due to our club travelling over to Tokoroa next Saturday for our annual interclub challenge against Tokoroa & Opotiki golf clubs, we are going to hold the draw on Friday night next week instead
Fri 15th May at 5.30pm
I will send an update next Thursday for our list
