Great turn out for our working bee Saturday. Greens are cored, heaps of the sand/debris from the flood removed and a few other jobs that have been waiting patiently over winter got done.
We put some of that flood sand to use on our tee blocks & greens. 👍
Even tho the weather wasn't our friend we got a heap done.

Big thanks to all the members and their families that turned up and our army of new golfers.

Course closed. No club day this weekend, Will update Friday18th September.
Please keep off the course over the next 10 days. It will recover quick with no foot traffic on it. If conditions improve we will open it sooner or open parts of the course, but there is a bit more silt than expected.

Big thanks to the team that turn up to clean up 1 and 8 greens tonight.... we are getting good at it now😁.
As bad as it looks.... with spring here and the grass about to take off it will be back to normal in about 6 weeks (if the weather behaves). Club champs round this Sunday will be pushed out a week at less.
