ng and less structured than traditional choreographed classes. Having gained my White Belt in Nia Dance in 2019 and completing several dance therapy workshops I bring my varied experience and passion to bring you an eclectic style of dance to my sessions. Having family members with additional learning needs, I'm also very passionate about providing a safe & inclusive space for people of all abilities to express themselves through dance and movement. Heart Flow is a combination of my passions. An eclectic mix of wellbeing gatherings, expressive dance, meditation. Workshops/Retreats.
