What a difference one week can make .
Waikato I had a nightmare with stress and I really let it affect my performance..it really showed..
Got my act together and made big improvements for Nationals one week later..That show went so smoothly and zero stress..
Lesson learned
Control your stress and don't let it affect your performance.
One more comp this weekend where I plan to improve again..
Let's get it done ✅
