There will be one thing on this list that resonates with each and every one of you….at some point in time….you know the only way forward is to actually be honest with yourself and what you’re telling yourself (mindset) because at the end of the day nothing will change unless you change! Sooooo, you have to be the change you want to see or you won’t get the results you are looking for. YOU have to be responsible for showing up for yourself, instead of making excuses just own it! and jump back on that wagon, we all slip, the best learnings come from mistakes and failure if we use them. You can have all the help and all the tools in the world at your disposal including trainers / dieticians / therapists / doctors etc. but unless you actually use the tools they provide you will stay exactly where you are. Consistency is key over and above anything else, it’s the small changes and progressions you can maintain 365 days a year not a lifestyle change not a fad.
