Reasons why you should exercise!
Sure life gets in the way, but if we don’t prioritise our health and fitness but we do with everything else, we’ll definitely pay for the price later on.
Kids require energy (sometimes a lot😆). Strength training and mobility can ease pain. Use it or lose it – muscles shrink with age if you don't move.
Less movement = more fatigue.
Busy? Get clever with your time – movement's non-negotiable.
Stop coming up with excuses, if you don’t start now then when? Make better choices today. Start with something in your diet, start with a walk, start with doing body weight exercises before weights so you can get use to movements & form. Just start TODAY. We always wait till Monday to start but how many Mondays have we said we’ll start on so far? Too many.
