• Better energy - Lifting builds more energy in your cells. More ATP = no 2pm crash. Post-workout endorphins last hours. Beats relying on ☕️

• Less back pain from carrying kids - Toddleds are HEAVY. Strong glutes + back = less pain from mum-life🏋🏽‍♀️

Reasons why you should exercise!
Sure life gets in the way, but if we don’t prioritise our health and fitness but we do with everything else, we’ll definitely pay for the price later on.

Kids require energy (sometimes a lot😆). Strength training and mobility can ease pain. Use it or lose it – muscles shrink with age if you don't move.
Less movement = more fatigue.
Busy? Get clever with your time – movement's non-negotiable.

Stop coming up with excuses, if you don’t start now then when? Make better choices today. Start with something in your diet, start with a walk, start with doing body weight exercises before weights so you can get use to movements & form. Just start TODAY. We always wait till Monday to start but how many Mondays have we said we’ll start on so far? Too many.

Here’s how we did it ⬇️
This client has proved to me that anyone can do it as long as you put your mind to it. A mum who strives to be a better version of herself! Was it hard? 100%. A lot of the time I see posts about “if the plan doesn’t work you’re not the problem” isn’t always entirely true. If you have a plan catered to your goals + support & the only person who is getting in your way is YOU - it won’t work. It won’t work unless YOU PUT IN THE WORK. She stayed consistent. Consistency always WINS!

A lot of emotions & hard work from this client - there were days where it wasn’t her day & there were days where she felt like she was flying. This is part of the process. The best part? She always got up & carried on. A plan catered to her goals, a pt who supports, pushes her, check ins when she’s a bit quiet (😂👀) AND guides her on nutrition is what got us here. The non-scaled wins are also amazing. This isn’t the end of her journey. This is only the beginning. I’m always so proud of her & excited how this year is gonna look for her! We still chipping away so watch this space!
