Notes according to the existing Constitution:
1. This notice is made at least 14 days prior to the AGM, will be circulated to all members via email, and posted on the CMRC page.
2. Notices of motions in writing should be in the hands of the Secretary and Chairman no later than Monday 15th August 2022; seven (7) days prior to the AGM. Motions will not be accepted from the floor of the meeting.
3. Any nominations in writing for office of the Management Committee should be sent to the Secretary and Chairman no later than Monday 15th August
2022; seven (7) days prior to the AGM. If insufficient written nominations are received then nominations will be accepted from the floor of the AGM.
4. Financial members over the age of 18, and Life Members are eligible to vote.
5. Members under the age of 18 are ineligible to vote, but may give their proxy to their parent or guardian to vote on their behalf.
