Kilometres on the river, kilometres on the ERGs, plenty of stretching, and loads of laughs! 🚣‍ From fun dress-up days to team bonding, the training camp held in the school holidays was all about putting in the work, building connections, and enjoying the journey together. 💛😎

There’s nothing better than welcoming new people into our rowing family. 💛🖤💛

Our Novices joined the club over the winter '25, showing up week after week, rain or shine, to challenge themselves, learn new skills, and become part of our community. Through plenty of hard work, determination, laughter, and teamwork, they developed their rowing technique and formed friendships to last well beyond the season.

A huge thank you to our dedicated coaches, Mike, Ron, and Alex, whose time, patience, and encouragement helped make this experience such a positive one.

We're incredibly proud of what this group achieved as the season went on.

Notes according to the existing Constitution:
1. This notice is made at least 14 days prior to the AGM, will be circulated to all members via email, and posted on the CMRC page.
2. Notices of motions in writing should be in the hands of the Secretary and Chairman no later than Monday 15th August 2022; seven (7) days prior to the AGM. Motions will not be accepted from the floor of the meeting.
3. Any nominations in writing for office of the Management Committee should be sent to the Secretary and Chairman no later than Monday 15th August
2022; seven (7) days prior to the AGM. If insufficient written nominations are received then nominations will be accepted from the floor of the AGM.
4. Financial members over the age of 18, and Life Members are eligible to vote.
5. Members under the age of 18 are ineligible to vote, but may give their proxy to their parent or guardian to vote on their behalf.

CMRC Premier rower Scarlet Billingham of was named into the women’s draft Coxless quad crew at the recent Rowing Champs alongside Sam Voss, Hannah Osbourne & Sarah Wooten - the crew powering home in 6.47.05 & placing first earning both Scarlet & Sarah their first 🥇 in a premier event and a lovely new red coat each 😊 Thank you for the image
