You need a routine.

Motivation comes and goes (we all know that 😅)
But having something booked in, showing up anyway, and creating a habit? That’s what actually gets results.

Some days you’ll feel strong.
Some days you’ll feel tight, tired, or just not in the mood.

Both count.

It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about showing up - again and again.

The secret benefits of Pilates no one talks about… 👀

It’s not just about toning or getting stronger (although that’s a bonus 😉)

It’s the little things that start to change without you even realising.

✨ Better sleep
You’re moving your body, releasing tension, and actually switching off at the end of the day… hello deeper, more restful sleep.

✨ Better posture
Suddenly you’re sitting taller, standing stronger, and those little aches from slouching? Not as loud anymore.

✨ Improved balance
Not just physically, but in your body awareness too. You feel more stable, more in control, more connected.

It’s the behind-the-scenes wins that make the biggest difference 🤍

You won’t always notice it straight away… but one day you will.

And you’ll be like - oh wow, I needed this.

Here are 3 things I don’t do as an instructor…

1. I don’t tell you how to breathe.
When you’re new to Pilates, there’s already so much to think about. Adding specific breathing patterns on top of that can feel overwhelming. I want you to breathe in a way that feels natural to you - your body already knows how to do that.

2. I don’t force any exercise or movement.
If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. Simple as that. Your body knows best, and you’re always welcome to modify or choose a movement that feels better for you. This class is for you.

3. I don’t set unrealistic expectations.
Everyone’s body, lifestyle, and routine are different. What works for someone else might not work for you and that’s okay. You don’t need to do Pilates five times a week to see results. Fit it into your life in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.
