COURTSIDE FLAGS
You may have seen these hanging around a court, def cant be missed as they are fluro orange/pink.
This little bright flag's purpose is to bring attention to any issues during a game. Whether it be about spectator behaviour, player behaviour, coach behaviour, or concerns with the Umpire. ANYONE can raise the flag, and an MNC official will come courtside to assess and assist. This is the first step that needs to be taken to resolve issues. MNC prefer to deal with issues immediately, in that moment, for the best interest of all involved in the game. If we can see the issue, we will know how best to manage it.
If MNC receives a written concern and/or complaint and the flag was not raised during the game then MNC will reserve the right to not take the matter further.

Primary Netball Draw - 2nd June

Draws for Tuesday and Wednesday have been sent to Team Liaisons, clubs, and schools.
These are also on the MNC Website.

Tuesday Night duties:

Pack up: MC Kaimai Queens

Wednesday Night Duties
MNC Committee: Sandy Handley / Celese Smit

Official Bench Duty: Meat Matas Hinuera / Tirau Vets Hinuera
(Please see the information attached)

REMINDERS TO TEAMS:
- Teams must complete the team sheets on the MyNetball Manager App (codes can be accessed at the Scorecard Control Room)
- Flags (pink/orange): these are there to be raised if an Umpire or team/spectator have an issue they want some support with. Please use these to get an official courtside.
- Unfortunately, due to damage to items inside the pavilion last Tuesday, the main pavilion will be locked. Access to the toilets will still be available via the door under the stairs. Please note, access past the toilets is strictly only for MNC personnel.

Open Country Community Stadium:
- Gumboots/work boots or any shoes that will mark the floors are not permitted inside the stadium.
- The Council has advised that food and drink, other than water for players, cannot be consumed inside the stadium, this includes the mezzanine floor area.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- The double doors by Court 2 are not to be used during netball. That area is for college access only and is alarmed; this will be activated if anyone enters via the doors or the stairs off the mezzanine floor. If it is activated, the Council has to be contacted, which will impose a fine that will be passed on to teams. So please pass this information on and ensure children are supervised.

On that note, enjoy, have fun, and most of all be kind to everyone.
Good luck, and I will see you around the courts.
